Description

You will serve as the techno-functional lead for Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS), bridging business processes with technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business workflows and translate them into precise technical system requirements.
• Manage end-to-end system configuration, data migration, and user training execution.
• Execute MHE integrations and perform deep-dive troubleshooting within Linux/Unix environments.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure system alignment and resolution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in retail.
• Deep expertise in Manhattan Associates WMOS, including inventory, order fulfillment, and pick-pack-ship modules.
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience integrating WMOS with ERP, MHE, and ProShip systems.
• Working knowledge of Microservices architecture and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing WMOS logs within Linux/Unix environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of ProShip integration.
