Description

Lead the architectural roadmap and platform engineering strategy for ServiceNow at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term architectural roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and business objectives.
• Set architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for scalable delivery across multiple engineering domains.
• Design enterprise-grade automations, workflows, and scalable API integrations using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Standardize engineering practices across CI/CD, testing, modular architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee release, change, and incident processes to ensure stable delivery and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and custom application development.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Experience designing distributed systems and API integrations.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and deliver high-impact platform solutions.
• Knowledge across frontend, backend, mobile, and infrastructure domains.
• Experience driving secure, resilient, and high-performing engineering practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CIS–Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM) certification.
• Experience building custom applications and API integrations.
