Description

You will own the end-to-end development and maintenance of consumer and enterprise platforms across PC, mobile web, and native Android/iOS apps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Next.js frontend and NestJS backend for customer-facing websites.
• Architect and optimize React Native apps for Android and iOS.
• Oversee ReactJS, Node.js, and ExpressJS dashboards for operations and analytics.
• Manage MySQL database schemas and AWS deployments including EC2, RDS, and S3.
• Partner with founders to define 6- to 12-month technology roadmaps and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, and React Native.
• Strong backend experience with NestJS, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with Java (Spring or equivalent).
• Hands-on work with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Proven ability to ship production-grade, scalable software.
• Experience performing code reviews and driving agile processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML-driven applications or image processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with real-time scheduling or recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and offline-first architectures.
