Description

You will lead software development and QA automation initiatives, owning the phase gate process from requirements gathering to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects through the complete phase gate process from initiation to delivery.
• Write complex code to address challenging technical aspects of software development and debugging.
• Manage requirements gathering to ensure customer and divisional needs are effectively captured.
• Define and improve software design and development processes to enhance team efficiency.
• Coach and mentor engineers while overseeing external contractors to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Development and QA Testing.
• Strong expertise in Test Automation and Requirements Gathering.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Software Architecture.
• Ability to perform Code Review and manage stakeholder interactions.
• Experience with systems testing and advanced software debugging.
• Ability to create standard documentation for software design specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with phase gate processes and external contractor oversight.
• Background in providing technical support for field test personnel.
