Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable automation frameworks and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks from scratch using industry best practices.
• Maintain the functional testing framework and BDD methodologies using Gherkin syntax.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust reporting mechanisms using Grafana.
• Mentor QA engineers, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• Deep proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Java Core.
• Strong working knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Gherkin syntax.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience using version control, Maven, and JUnit.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with Docker containers and monitoring tools like Grafana.
