Description

You will lead the design, development, and testing of business systems and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop testing strategies for business applications within defined deadlines.
• Manage development environments, resources, bug tracking, and technical escalations.
• Coordinate with Microsoft product feature teams to report project status and discuss issues.
• Lead senior engineers in investigating and resolving complex project defects.
• Organize team rotations for feature testing and manage the ramp-up of new team members.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and the SDLC.
• Direct experience working with Microsoft products.
• Strong project management skills to plan and prioritize resources.
• Analytical skills to identify and diagnose software defects.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
