Description

Lead the design and development of IT solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain feature-level plans and data model designs to support project requirements.
• Manage and resolve design disputes and RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Decisions) items.
• Analyze demand against ongoing workstream architecture to align resources and requirements.
• Document architectural designs and log design decisions for stakeholder approval.
• Collaborate with IT system owners and architecture leads to refine design strategies and socialize plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Proficiency in Commerce Application Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning for CRM solutions.
• Strong expertise in data modeling to design scalable data structures.
• Ability to manage architectural documentation and decision logs.
• Experience aligning technical architecture with business stakeholder needs.
