Description

Lead solution design and best practices for D365 F&SCM implementations across all workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, planning, and envisioning meetings to establish the solution vision.
• Advise delivery teams on D365 F&SCM configuration and development to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Review configuration and design changes to maintain consistency and minimize conflicts.
• Provide guidance for CRP and UAT testing while coordinating with the Data Migration lead.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads and PMs on work breakdown, scheduling, and go-live cutover.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in a functional lead role involving AX or D365 F&SCM implementations.
• 7+ years in ERP consulting or corporate ERP management.
• Hands-on experience with MS D365 ERP and Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• PMP Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps, LCS, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to lead groups, mentor individuals, and manage client relationships up to the C-level.
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and resolve recurring technical problems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the USA.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications: MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330, or MB-700.
• Knowledge of D365 and CRM Sales.
