Description

Lead solution architecture and technical design for the JMS program, owning end-to-end delivery from design through post-go-live stabilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern API-first and event-driven architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security alignment with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into solution designs, including automation, intelligent routing, data enrichment, and operational insights.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting, partnering with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams, providing clear designs, documentation, and technical oversight for migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with API gateways (Kong preferred) and event-driven systems (Solace, Kafka, MQ).
• Experience designing secure, PII-aware architectures, including data masking/unmasking and encryption in transit and at rest.
• Cloud experience with AWS and strong collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Proven delivery experience across the full solution lifecycle: design to go live.
• Ability to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model and supporting system modernization efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI to integration platforms, messaging workflows, or operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics that support AI solutions.
• Prior experience in regulated environments with strong data governance requirements.
