Description

Lead solution architecture and technical design for the JMS program, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery across design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define and govern API-first and event-driven architectures.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities into solution designs for automation, intelligent routing, and operational insights.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting, not just advisory oversight.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with API gateways (Kong preferred) and event-driven systems (Solace, Kafka, MQ).
• Design secure, PII-aware architectures including data masking/unmasking and encryption in transit and at rest.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred) with strong collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Experience designing or integrating AI/ML-enabled services into enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in .NET or Java.
• Experience supporting migration projects and system modernization efforts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI to integration platforms, messaging workflows, or operational monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics that support AI solutions.
• Professional experience with Large Language Model (LLM) Applications such as Claude Code (CLI) or AI-assisted development.
