Description

Architect end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions, lead feasibility assessments, and mentor engineering teams to ensure scalable, responsible, and compliant delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring modularity, scalability, and seamless integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Lead feasibility assessments for AI/GenAI use cases across business units and clients, evaluating platform constraints and integration risks.
• Establish and enforce best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, performance monitoring, and responsible AI usage (bias mitigation, explainability).
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI agent strategy with the organization's technology roadmap and ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT solution architecture, with at least 3-5 years specifically in AI/ML or GenAI projects.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio or similar low-code/AI agent platforms.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, security best practices, and system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience aligning AI strategy with broader organizational technology roadmaps.
