You will design and architect HR and Finance platforms that align with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

You will translate complex requirements into architectural blueprints that address client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to support consolidated financial statements, SEC reporting, and cost allocations.
• Architect solutions for strategic planning, budgeting, and management reporting use cases.
• Build data structures to support controllership, regulatory reporting, and reconciliation.
• Analyze and report on Actuals, Budgets, and Strategic Plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or related roles.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP and OCI Platform.
• Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes for large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API-led design.
• Practical knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture.
• Ability to support complex financial reporting workflows.
