You will lead business analysis for the web commerce platform, defining requirements and shaping solutions that drive customer retention and engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for customer-facing experiences, including retention, upgrade, and account management flows.
• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for technical implementation.
• Own the requirements lifecycle, including documentation, traceability, change control, and validation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, requirements workshops, and JAD sessions to drive stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor analysts and identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Analyst, preferably supporting digital products or web commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with modern web applications, including modular architectures and reusable components.
• Experience operating in Agile environments, including participation in scrum ceremonies and delivery within CI/CD frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and research methods to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a subscription-based business model.
• Experience with digital customer experiences, particularly self-service or account management platforms.
