Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyse large and complex datasets to support business decision-making and operational improvements.
• Profile data to understand quality, completeness and fit for business needs across operational systems.
• Identify gaps in data and help create comprehensive plans to address and fix them.
• Support data enrichment and data remediation work across multiple operational systems and platforms.
• Help improve data quality processes so they are reliable and sustainable over time.
• Define data requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into practical data work solutions.
• Identify key metrics and useful data sources to support reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Turn analysis into clear insights and recommendations that help the business take action.
• Work with business owners to spot opportunities linked to revenue generation and customer engagement.
• Influence product and business teams by recommending data-driven actions and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business analysts, data engineers and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Document technical attributes, business definitions and data lineage for transparency and compliance.
• Manage metadata in Collibra or similar metadata management tools for organizational data governance.
• Support Master Data Management and Data Quality priorities across global digital transformation initiatives.
• Help the business scale new digital tools used by teams globally for operational efficiency.
• Follow data privacy and security requirements, including best practices for handling sensitive information.
• Support Agile ways of working, including user story grooming, sprint planning, development and acceptance.

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data quality management, or related field.

Education: University Degree required, or equivalent professional experience in data analytics or related field.
