Own data quality, master data management, and analytics initiatives to drive operational improvements and business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex datasets to identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and execute data remediation plans.
• Define data requirements with stakeholders and translate them into actionable data solutions and insights.
• Manage metadata, data lineage, and business definitions using Collibra to ensure governance and compliance.
• Partner with data engineers and business analysts to deliver data enrichment and quality improvements.
• Support Agile workflows, including sprint planning, user story grooming, and acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with SAS for statistical analysis or reporting.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar metadata management tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security best practices, and handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and collaborative stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data enrichment processes and business analysis.
• Familiarity with data lineage documentation and global digital transformation initiatives.
