Description

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, driving complex initiatives from design through production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement applications, system components, and analytics tools.
• Resolve escalated coding, testing, and platform issues of a technically challenging nature.
• Own platform and application migrations to production, including overseeing systems testing.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with production support and platform engineering teams.
• Ensure all systems meet security, compliance, and risk management requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 8+ years in full stack development.
• 5+ years of advanced experience with Python 3.10+.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with multi-threaded and asynchronous development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or PCF.
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau reporting and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of TestNG and Test Driven Development (TDD).
