Description

You will lead site reliability and DevOps practices for large, distributed platforms, owning high availability, scalability, and observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement non-functional requirements for security, performance, and scalability across the platform.
• Build and maintain cloud-native monitoring and alerting for infrastructure, microservices, and the platform.
• Provide primary operational support, driving troubleshooting and mitigation for production incidents during L2 on-call rotations.
• Lead the local SRE team, collaborating with scrum teams and architects to drive automation and reduce toil.
• Maintend end-to-end security standards and conduct post-mortems for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments, including exposure to RHEL.
• Strong automation experience using Terraform, Git, Jenkins, or CloudFormation for CI/CD.
• Experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio service mesh.
• Knowledge of AWS security services, CloudFront, and threat detection.
• Experience with distributed logging tools such as DataDog, ELK, SumoLogic, or CloudWatch.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
