Description

Lead Site Reliability Engineering efforts and provide production support for Java-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate monitoring, logging, and observability data to build operations dashboards.
• Analyze operating system and application metrics to drive performance tuning and fault finding.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through testing and release procedures.
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Automate systems and services to create sustainable infrastructure while balancing feature speed with service-level objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Dynatrace, including hands-on use of APIs for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience setting up anomaly thresholds, alerting, and integration with notification channels in Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in creating Dynatrace extensions for customized monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Groovy.
• Experience with Splunk for observability.
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA.
