You will own the operational stability and automation for critical services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-call support rotations and handle monthly after-hours releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents using monitoring tools.
• Configure and maintain Splunk dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
• Operate and maintain infrastructure running on Kubernetes and OCP.
• Drive automation efforts to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong development background in Java microservices and Spring Web applications.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Kafka.
• Proficiency with Splunk for dashboarding, alerting, and using SPLOC/OTEL.
• Experience setting up alerts using APM tools (AppDynamics, DynaTrace).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
