Description

You will lead site reliability efforts by managing complex systems and ensuring platform stability across diverse operating environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and administer systems across Solaris, AIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Manage containerized environments using PKS, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Maintain and support web platforms including Java, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, and Oracle.
• Oversee database technologies to ensure data availability in SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Utilize observability and logging tools to monitor system health and resolve incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of systems administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Solaris, AIX, PKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Windows, and VMware.
• 3+ years working with Java, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, and Oracle.
• 2+ years experience with SQL, Cassandra DB, Oracle, and Postgres SQL.
• 2+ years experience with observability tools such as Traffic Manager, Message Processor, AppDynamics, Filebeat, or Basemon.
• 2+ years experience with logging and monitoring tools including ELK, Filebeats, Splunk, Netcool, SiteScope, or Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Software development experience in Perl, Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, JSON, Angular, or NodeJS.
• Automation scripting with Bash, Shell, Ansible, Terraform, or Azure DevOps.
• Cloud experience with PCF, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
