Description

You lead daily IT support operations across infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security controls to ensure high availability and compliance.
• Respond to and resolve high-priority incidents, minimizing system downtime and impact.
• Support infrastructure projects including upgrades, patches, and cloud migrations.
• Define, implement, and improve IT support processes, policies, and security controls.
• Lead incident and root cause analysis, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure, support, and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix server management.
• Experience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud security.
• Extensive experience with ITIL best practices, incident, and problem management.
• Familiarity with Monitoring & Observability tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of security protocols: encryption, firewalls, VPNs, and access controls (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Certification in ITIL, AWS, or similar infrastructure domains.
