Lead production support efforts across application and infrastructure layers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues at both the application and infrastructure levels.
• Manage deployment processes involving Web, API, Batch, and ETL technologies.
• Support application development and CI/CD workflows.
• Implement automation techniques to streamline support operations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years specifically in Production Support teams.
• Experience with Application and Infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Web, API, Batch, and ETL technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of CI/CD deployment processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
