Description

Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA using Syniti tools.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data migration strategies based on the Global Data Migration Playbook.
• Lead specialists, validate weekly workplans, and ensure deliverables meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Syniti partners to define data mapping rules and requirements.
• Design migration scripts and tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Manage data profiling, cleansing, and validation to maintain integrity and governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years leading data migration projects within SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti data migration tools.
• Proficiency with SAP data migration tools including BODS and MDG.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures, objects, and processes.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) using TIBCO EBX.
• Strong technical skills in SAP Data Services, Power BI, Looker, APIs, or other ETL tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Clark, NJ, at least 3 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• SAP certification in data migration or related areas.
• Fluency in French.
