You will manage system functionality, technical troubleshooting, and customer requirement alignment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure all trouble tickets are updated with appropriate status and resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve system functionality issues by performing data queries and troubleshooting technical tickets.
• Guide customers through service functionality using technical and business documentation.
• Build MS Excel reports by collaborating with technical and business teams.
• Escalate complex technical issues to upper-level support when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience developing large scale software solutions using Java or Python.
• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps capacity, specifically in a support role.
• 2+ years of experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL environments including MySQL, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticket management and customer interfacing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of configuration management tools.
• Experience in a health insurance environment.
