Description

Lead technical architecture and hands-on development for PEGA-based applications, managing implementation, debugging, and integration across multi-vendor teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities using PEGA V7+, implementing connectors, services, data pages, and declarative rules.
• Own the implementation of PEGA UI components, including Harness, CSS, and Skin Rules.
• Manage incident resolution and debugging using Tracer, Clipboard, Log Analyzer, and Performance Analyzer (PAL).
• Configure CI/CD pipelines on PEGA platforms and manage integration via SOAP and SQL.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years in PEGA.
• 3+ years of experience as a certified Lead System Architect.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA V7+ development, including security rules, agents, reporting, and unit testing.
• Proficiency in debugging tools including Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, and Rule Inspector.
• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat and WebSphere.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components like load balancers.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of PRPC applications.
