Description

Lead technical delivery for multiple agile squads and design scalable, component-based solutions on the Pega platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design reusable, scalable solutions while enforcing Pega guardrails and governance practices.
• Lead requirement gathering and elaboration sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and LBAs.
• Mentor junior developers and SSAs to improve technical capability and delivery quality.
• Own technical direction, managing design trade-offs, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Conduct code reviews, design walkthroughs, and troubleshoot complex issues in collaboration with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSAs) - Mandatory (Parts I & II).
• 8+ years of experience in Pega-based software development and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Pega platform (v8 and above) and full-cycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of Pega frameworks, integrations, and DevOps automation.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and design artefacts.
• Strong root cause analysis, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud deployment, scalability, and enterprise security practices.
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks specific to the financial industry.
