Description

You will lead the administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, managing enterprise identity, endpoints, and SaaS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Purview, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Configure and maintain security controls such as Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and sensitivity labels.
• Administer Windows and macOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Jamf to ensure compliance.
• Manage identity and access management via Okta and Entra ID, including SSO and authentication protocols.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) using Entra ID and Okta.
• Strong automation skills using PowerShell or shell scripting.
• Experience managing endpoints via Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools including Atlassian, Slack, and Box.
• Knowledge of security frameworks including Zero Trust and DLP.
• Experience supporting network infrastructure such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps.
• Proven ability to mentor team members and lead technical projects.
