Description

You will lead systems analysis for Finance applications, managing the full application lifecycle and driving complex technology initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Coordinate and execute functional, regression, UAT, integration, performance, and security test plans.
• Manage application lifecycle, roadmap planning, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Bridge communication between Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure system alignment.
• Participate in Agile processes, including Scrum Master duties when required.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Systems or Business Analysis, with a strong focus on Finance systems.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional/regression testing.
• Proven experience with Oracle Financials.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CSQA, or CSQE.
• Experience with system and data architecture.
