Description

Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of global infrastructure for managed hosting products, ensuring 99.999% availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions using Windows Server operating systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, Active Directory, and virtualization environments.
• Manage security protocols, conduct regular audits, and perform vulnerability assessments.
• Lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion and implement automation to proactively resolve issues.
• Provide 24x7 support and perform root cause analysis to maintain system reliability.

Required Skills

• 18-20 years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
• Strong experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Deep understanding of complex network topologies, protocols, and services including VLAN, Load balancing, TCP/IP, and DNS.
• Knowledge of storage systems and SAN/NAS/vSAN technologies.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and information security frameworks like SOC or PCI.
