Description

Lead technical strategy and engineering teams to deliver robust systems architecture. Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train internal engineers to elevate team technical capabilities.
• Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB), presenting and justifying all technical changes.
• Drive roadmap planning, engineering design, and long-term technical strategy.
• Evaluate and evangelize modern management and cloud technologies.
• Manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience leading technical change management processes.
• Strong ability to work independently as a self-directed contributor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical presentations.
• Experience in engineering design and strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
