Description

You will lead the technical execution and certification of embedded control systems within the aviation sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage certification documentation to ensure strict compliance with ARP4754A, DO-254, DO-178, and DO-160 standards.
• Conduct EMI/EMC analysis and support testing activities for successful product integration.
• Lead validation, verification, and problem-solving efforts across all system levels to meet customer requirements.
• Plan technical reviews, manage design milestones, and oversee subcontractor work packages.
• Analyze customer needs to support technical proposals and project bids.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in embedded control systems, ideally in aviation or aerospace development.
• Proficiency with ARP4754A, DO-160, DO-178, and DO-254 standards.
• Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS.
• Background in project engineering, configuration management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to meet CGP/ITAR compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
