Description

You will lead infrastructure modernization efforts, focusing on automation, observability, and secure shared services deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python, Shell, and Ansible to streamline operations and enforce security controls.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the secure deployment of shared services.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain HashiCorp Vault clusters.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response within a 24/7 production environment.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management and orchestration (2+ years in Ansible code development).
• Proficient in API development, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, TLS, and secure communication protocols.
• Knowledge of SRE principles, including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• 10+ years of working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault cluster management and security best practices.
• Background in shared services infrastructure modernization.
