Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data applications and batch processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team and manage project planning and stakeholder collaboration.
• Design and develop end-to-end pipelines to load data into SQL tables.
• Develop, test, and implement efficient data flows using test-driven development.
• Analyze root causes of incidents and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in T-SQL programming (MSSQL/SYBASE).
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory framework and Python scripting.
• Strong proficiency in Perl and Shell scripting.
• Extensive experience in T-SQL code development, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Deep knowledge of ETL creation with advanced error handling.
• Strong understanding of relational transactional databases including MSSQL and Azure SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based frameworks such as MS Azure, Azure Synapse, or Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Blob Storage, and Axway.
• Experience establishing cloud connectivity between ADLS, ADF, Synapse, and Databricks.
