Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL workflows and SQL database optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable Talend jobs for efficient data transformation, migration, and integration.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to ensure database performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses using cleansing, mapping, and validation processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to maintain system uptime and integrity.
• Document ETL processes, data models, and system designs for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data development roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Talend ETL development using Talend Studio or Talend Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL programming, database management, and query optimization.
• Proficiency with relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts such as Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
• Ability to perform database design and normalization.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark.
• Knowledge of Snowflake.
