Description

You will lead recruitment efforts and sourcing strategies to hire talent across Ukraine and Poland.

You will own the full-cycle recruitment process, mentor the recruitment team, and partner with hiring managers to influence role profiles and candidate selection.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate sourcing strategies to recruit talent in Ukraine and Poland.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a senior talent acquisition professional and leader.
• Proven experience leading in-house recruitment for a global growing company.
• Experience managing recruitment efforts and tracking KPIs.
• Ability to use data to build sourcing strategies and back up hiring decisions.
• Strong knowledge of the local talent market and the technology sector.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and manage processes with a sense of urgency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern hiring tools and methodologies.
