Description

You will lead strategic sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-level technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies and talent mapping to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Identify, source, and screen candidates for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product Management roles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to align sourcing activities with business objectives and team functions.
• Engage passive candidates by representing the employer value proposition and driving interest in opportunities.
• Utilize Workday and Phenom to manage talent pools and track sourcing effectiveness.
• Analyze sourcing performance to identify improvements and implement new research or referral generation methods.

Required Skills

• 7 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• 3 years of experience sourcing specifically for AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product Management.
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic sourcing campaigns.
• Experience partnering across a matrix of business leaders, TA Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Proficiency using Workday and Phenom for talent management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of technology stacks used for AI development.
• Subject-matter expertise in the machine learning recruitment landscape.
• Experience sourcing for a leading technology organization.
• Strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry.
