Description

You will manage the full product lifecycle for three or more key technical capabilities tied to specific lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog by defining value propositions for features and ensuring user stories align directly with OKRs.
• Translate complex technical problems into straightforward propositions and evaluate technical alternatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to capture the voice of the customer and define product capabilities.
• Manage dependencies across the portfolio to ensure roadmap alignment and on-time delivery through manageable features and stories.
• Drive the budget at the scrum team and product level while communicating strategic direction to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in product management or technical product ownership.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong grasp of infrastructure, technology flows, and system component integration.
• Expertise in lean product management best practices and frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including design, engineering, and business leaders.
• Experience decomposing complex technical requirements into actionable user stories.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
