Description
You will lead technical quality assurance efforts focusing on CRM platforms and complex integrations.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive, well-structured test cases based on technical requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to analyze and interpret technical specifications.
- Execute integration testing for both internal and third-party systems.
- Manage defect reporting and tracking through to final closure.
- Apply Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies to all projects.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA and software testing.
- Experience working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, or UFT.
- Proficiency with test management tools including Jira, ALM, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Experience performing integration testing.
- Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of XML and SQL script writing.
- P&C Insurance domain expertise.
