Description

You will design, implement, and optimize IT solutions across software and hardware infrastructure to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IT processes, including Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct gap analysis, redesign business processes, and develop technical roadmaps and proofs-of-concept.
• Manage technical issue resolution and system security to maintain performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to design and execute overall test strategies and participate in testing efforts.
• Partner with clients onsite and offsite to gather requirements and support user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, database management, and testing.
• Proven experience creating Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Demonstrable debugging skills and experience with troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and database agile development technologies.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Expertise in programming, network administration, and software configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies including AWS or Azure.
