Description

You will lead the architecture and design of AI/ML solutions, focusing on developing intelligent chatbot agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of AI/ML solutions centered on chatbot development using Google's AI products.
• Develop sophisticated chatbots that integrate with approved data sources to deliver accurate customer information.
• Design and implement NLP and NLU systems to improve chatbot interaction quality.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions for deploying AI models and chatbots in production.
• Mentor the AI/ML development team and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML architecture, including 5+ years focused on chatbot development.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud AI Platform, Dialogflow, Cloud Natural Language API, and Cloud Translation API.
• Proven track record designing and deploying intelligent agent chatbot solutions.
• Strong grasp of NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience integrating chatbots with various data sources and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations for secure AI implementation.
