Description

You will lead the architecture and design of AI/ML solutions, specifically intelligent chatbot agents using Google Cloud products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure AI/ML solutions and intelligent chatbot agents.
• Design and implement NLP and NLU systems to enhance interaction quality.
• Integrate chatbots with approved data sources and APIs for accurate information delivery.
• Mentor the AI/ML development team and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in AI/ML architecture, including 5+ years focused on chatbot development.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud AI Platform, Dialogflow, Cloud Natural Language API, and Cloud Translation API.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong grasp of NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven track record designing and deploying intelligent agent chatbot solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating chatbots with various external data sources.
