Description

You will lead technical design and delivery across the Products & Services domain, reporting directly to the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical design approach to ensure coherence and alignment with enterprise design standards.
• Design and evolve future state technical capability roadmaps to achieve programme outcomes.
• Deliver design assurance across services and systems to ensure quality and alignment with government, industry, and organisational standards.
• Support programme and project managers in transitioning work into operational capability by advising on technology, information, people, and process changes.
• Mentor Lead Technical Architects and participate in the architecture community to share knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Proven design leadership experience.
• Experience in the delivery of projects and programmes evolving a technical domain.
• Ability to align technical activities with enterprise design standards and organisational guardrails.
• Experience collaborating with external organisations and government bodies to develop best practices.
• Degree or equivalent experience in any graduate field.
