Description

You will provide technical leadership and accountability for the design, development, and delivery of complex customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual teams through detailed design, development, delivery, and testing phases.
• Own the transition from existing systems to proposed solutions through low-level discovery.
• Manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies within the Programme risk register.
• Execute Solution Integration governance and hold internal and external technical teams to account.
• Lead system integration workshops to capture requirements and produce detailed design statements of work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale, complex IT/Telco customer solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of UC, Contact Centre, and LAN/WAN related technologies.
• Proven experience in technical planning across customer, internal, and 3rd party teams.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies including PRINCE2 and MSP.
• Strong understanding of business process frameworks like ITIL.
• CCNA or CCDA industry qualifications.
• Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP or CCDP certifications.
• Vendor professional accreditations.
