Description

Lead technical planning, requirements gathering, and delivery of client applications across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, and requirements gathering phases.
• Translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical designs.
• Manage projects from initial architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical leadership to drive continual improvement of services and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering, or comparable major.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, specifically data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in software design and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to author, edit, and present technical documentation.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in varied environments.

Preferred Skills

• Prior client-facing or consulting experience.
