Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of technology systems, software, and hardware infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IT solutions, including creating Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct gap analysis, redesign business processes, and develop technical roadmaps and proofs-of-concept.
• Manage testing efforts by designing and executing overall test strategies in collaboration with QA teams.
• Analyze software and hardware issues to provide timely solutions and maintain system security and performance.
• Work with onsite and offsite clients to define technological needs and facilitate user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, database management, and testing.
• Proven expertise in creating Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Advanced debugging skills and experience resolving complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in programming, network administration, and software installation/configuration.
• Experience using Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Knowledge of database agile development technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
