Lead technical coordination and program operations within an enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects by engaging application teams, tech stakeholders, and business partners.
• Collect and analyze operational data to inform coordination efforts.
• Manage program operations and technical workflows.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation using MS Office and Confluence.
• Track project progress and issues using Jira.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Coordination and Program Operations.
• Proficiency in GenAI technologies, including Copilot.
• Expertise in MS Excel, including report generation, VLookups, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Jira for project tracking.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
