Description

You will lead software development efforts while contributing senior-level code.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage projects.
• Define high-level application designs and technical vision.
• Contribute hands-on coding (~30% of time).
• Mentor developers and manage team capacity.
• Participate in architectural planning and solution design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years leading or grooming a software development team.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE and Spring/Struts.
• Experience with AWS and API Gateway.
• Familiarity with Hibernate, EJB, and Spring/Boot.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Ajax.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server & Portal.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
