You will lead the technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical product roadmap and vision.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, technical debt, and enablers.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage communication across project phases, engaging with C-Suite executives and offshore development teams.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or QA professional.
• Deep expertise in SDLC using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including Cognito, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
• Technical proficiency in APIs and Microservices, including running test scripts with Postman and Kafka.
• Experience implementing authentication solutions such as MFA, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and Okta.
• Strong ability in UML modeling, including Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Tableau, including writing stored procedures, queries, and views.
• Experience conducting GAP analysis, Business Process Modeling (BPM), and Process Reengineering.
• Expertise in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test plans, and requirement tracing.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS), MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheets, ALM, and MongoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience balancing workloads between onshore and offshore development and QA teams.
