Define and drive the technical product roadmap, vision, and strategy to align with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, technical debt, and enablers.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage communication across project phases with C-Suite executives and offshore development teams.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or QA professional.
• Deep expertise in SDLC using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services: Cognito, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
• Technical proficiency in APIs and Microservices, including running test scripts with Postman and Kafka.
• Experience implementing authentication solutions: MFA, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and Okta.
• Strong ability in UML modeling (Use Cases, Sequence, Activity, and Class Diagrams).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Tableau, including writing stored procedures, queries, and views.
• Experience conducting GAP analysis, Business Process Modeling (BPM), and Process Reengineering.
• Expertise in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test plans, and requirement tracing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience balancing workloads between onshore and offshore development and QA teams.
