Description

You will lead the development of a DevOps platform to support product and engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, defining and prioritizing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap to align with long-term vision and goals.
• Gather requirements to institutionalize DevOps practices across product engineering teams.
• Analyze data and trends to identify pain points and inform development priorities.
• Facilitate sprint practices including standups, planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner role or similar experience in software development, engineering, or program management.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and building DevOps cultures.
• Proficiency with GitHub.
• Experience with PaaS/SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional organizations including Cyber Security, UX, and Global Technology Services.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and facilitating difficult discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Communicate progress to stakeholders and executive leadership through regular reports and dashboards.
